A-1 Reptiles accepts Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Paypal or U.S. Postal money orders.
All business correspondence should be directed to the company business box as listed above. All money order payments should be mailed to the business box as listed above and made payable to A-1 Reptiles.
If placing a credit card order please call our order line @ 740-493-0029. Orders placed and paid for by noon EST ship same day.
If making your payment by Paypal all Paypal payments should be made to sales@a1reptiles.com. All Paypal payments must be made the day you place your order or your order will be void.
All live product ships out at night UPS Overnight Air to your door and delivery is by 10:30 A.M. next morning to most destinations. UPS shipping charges are billed according to destination zip code through UPS.com and run approximately $50.00 to the east coast and approximately $60 to the west coast. In addition to the charge of UPS Overnight Air all shipments will include a fuel surcharge by UPS due to the daily fluctuating cost of fuel prices. Any Saturday delivery is an additional charge of $15.00 by UPS to deliver on the weekend.
All orders include a double insulated box charge of $4.90 which includes heat packs or cool packs.
Live arrival is guaranteed. We must be notified the day of delivery if there is a problem with your delivery.
Please be sure someone is at the delivery address to accept the package. If the buyer is not present at the delivery address to accept the live delivery then the buyer assumes all risk associated with the delivery.
If you know of bad weather in your area please contact us to let us know so we can reschedule your transport date.
We take every precaution available to make certain you are shipped the exact specimen in the photo cataloged by number. Due to stress, heat/cold or shedding an animals coloration may become lighter or darker during transport or while becoming acclimated to its new environment.
If you decide to return an item the total amount of the invoice only will be refunded to your account less air freight. Air shipping charges are not refundable. All live product must be returned within forty-eight hours of the receipt date at the buyers expense. After the forty-eight hour inspection period has passed all sales are final. Please call for a return authorization number prior to shipping live product back. This policy is strictly adhered to!
Please note credit card orders are processed at the time the order is placed. A-1 Reptiles reserves the right to asses up to a 15% charge on all orders already processed and then canceled or returned due to fees incurred during the charge and credit process.
By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms within.
Please note in order to maintain successful business practices we can not hold product that has been posted for sale without full payment. We do not take deposits on items that have been posted on our catalog sites.
